Created in 2001 by Philippe Soullier, VALTUS Transition has distinguished itself year after year as a recognized leader in Interim Executive Management.
The Paris-based Interim Executive Management firm has a staff of 18 specialists, including 9 Partners, who help businesses in France and around the world manage transformation and change.
Whether opening a foreign office, starting a new activity, reorganizing businesses to restore profitability, managing change related to a merger/acquisition or filling leadership gaps, VALTUS Transition provides knowledgeable and proactive business managers who are immediately available to take on operational assignments.
A team of 9 Partners closely monitors assignments, accompanying managers and clients to ensure objectives are successfully met. Our team includes an HR professional focused solely on manager selection and qualification.
