Interim executive management is deemed complete when the interim manager has successfully integrated the client's team.
Integration is a critical assignment phase that kicks off the long-term relationship between the manager, Valtus Transition and the client company. Our integration phase helps interim managers internalize our Interim Executive Management processes and values and quickly become operational at the client’s premises.
We tailor each integration process based on an analysis of the specific assignment and the interim manager's technical skills and personal characteristics.
