VALTUS Transition helps clients through major business transitions, transformations and changes by providing experienced, knowledgeable and skilled interim leaders and executives:

Our methodology involves three phases, each of which is overseen by our specialized Interim Executive Management Partners.

 

PHASE 1: Analyzing the Interim Executive Management assignment

We compile a detailed description of the project that reflects your:

  • Company
  • Market and positioning
  • Business activities
  • Organization
  • Company culture
  • Current challenges / needs
  • Competency requirements

 

PHASE 2: Choosing the interim manager

Once you have approved the project specifications we determine the best solution for your specific situation.

We introduce one or two interim manager candidates selected from our talent pool, especially identified using our skill-set and expertise qualification process to match your needs

Each manager has been qualified based on

  • Proven knowledge and skills appropriate for your situation
  • Experience and expertise in your field
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Availability and adaptability

 

PHASE 3: Defining the action plan

Once the interim manager has been chosen, we:

  • Present an action plan within 10 days
  • Submit progress reports throughout the assignment
  • Prepare a final debrief upon completion of the assignment to facilitate performance continuity

The Interim Executive will be accompanied by a VALTUS Transition Partner throughout the life of the assignment to ensure that services provided meet or exceed customer expectations.
