Mr. M. – INTERIM MANAGER
An engineer by training, Mr. M. spent his entire professional career in industry, specifically in the automobile sector. This career path put him in positions involving site management, then general management. After his most recent experience as a “traditional” employee, he began to reconsider his future.
“At age 53, I examined my motivations. I wanted to find an environment in which I could contribute to the company: advance the organisation and its individuals, and promote change to enhance performance, while distancing myself from the long-term political aspects. Interim management allows me to concentrate on my specialty, improving manufacturing performance and project management, while remaining independent. To date, the assignments I have taken on, which have averaged a year in duration, have allowed me to see tangible results and obtain team recognition. I take great personal satisfaction in this, and am prepared to discover the exciting new challenges this career affords me. In this regard, I especially appreciate my collaboration with Valtus Transition, with which I share the same ethical and results-oriented values, and which has assisted me in my work curing the course of my assignments.”
